Flansburgh Wins New Project
After two proposals and a competitive interview, Flansburgh Architects was selected to design the new Gilder Center for Northfield Mount Hermon in Gill, Massachusetts. This private co-educational college-preparatory high school has an enrollment of about 700 students. With boarding and day students from 53 countries, NMH has a unique student body allowing for academic diversity and collaboration. The Gilder Center will contain the math and science program, and will meld with the campus landscape while standing distinctly on its own.
