International College Preschool and Middle School Complex Certified LEED Gold
Six years after the Flansburgh-designed Elementary School Building at International College (IC) became the first building in Lebanon to be certified LEED Gold and took Flansburgh's expertise in sustainable design abroad, the second phase of Flansburgh's campus expansion project for IC, recently completed, also earned LEED Gold certification.
The new IC Preschool and Middle School Complex scored in seven different areas of sustainable design, set out by the U.S. Green Building Council, to meet the LEED Gold standards.
